Welcome to Taylorville Memorial Hospital's Nursing Division, where more than 70 nurses strive to provide the best in patient care each and every day. Working as a collaborative team, TMH nurses use their skills, knowledge and compassion to make a difference in the lives of patients.
They work in Same-Day Surgery, the Emergency Department, Acute Care, ICU, Pediatrics, Outpatient Services, Cardiac Rehab and our Transitional Care Unit. Because TMH is a smaller hospital in a close-knit community, nurses here have the opportunity to get to know their patients on a personal level and to serve them efficiently with the attention they deserve. Nurses care for a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics and get to experience different areas of nursing even from within a department, while spending more time at the patient's bedside.
We are proud of the rich nursing heritage at TMH, which has been serving patients for more than 100 years and is one of the largest employers in Christian County. You will find that nurses at TMH are continually striving to raise the bar on outcomes and results, always aiming for new heights in patient care.
