Employee Giving Campaign - MIA

Every year, Taylorville Memorial Hospital employees have the opportunity to make a difference in our organization through philanthropy during the MISSION IN ACTION employee giving campaign. Whether big or small, the combined gifts have a great impact on the TMH employees and the people and communities we serve.

MIA Funds at Work

The MISSION IN ACTION Employee Giving Campaign is one more way our dedicated employees help preserve the TMH mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. The following are examples of programs and grants administered through the TMH Foundation which support patient care, education and community health outreach:

MIA Donor Recognition

Employees who donate to the annual campaign and choose to be recognized, are listed on the MISSION IN ACTION section of the Donor Recognition Wall located on the first floor of the hospital adjacent to the courtyard. In addition, donors are recognized in Taylorville Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Community Update and permanent recognition is available to those who reach designated cumulative levels on the Donor Recognition Wall. MIA Committee

The annual MISSION IN ACTION campaign is coordinated by a committee of employees from various departments of the hospital. These employees plan and coordinate the campaign events and distribute information.

2017 Employee Giving Campaign "Join the Team"

The 2017 Mission in Action campaign was held Jun 15-22, 2017. A successful inaugural event, 79 donors contributed either monetarily or with PTO hours which raised over $19,000.

2018 Employee Giving Campaign "Derby Days of 2018"

The 2018 Mission in Action campaign was held June 14-28, 2018.  A total of 92 donors donated over $14,000 in monetary and payroll deduct contributions and 440 PTO hours were donated.
